Six real builds. Six different problems.
Every website screenshot below is the live site as it looks today. No mockups, no invented numbers, no stock photography. What each owner could not do before, and what they can do now.
From scattered freight tasks to one connected operating system.
New Chapter Freight was ready for a stronger online presence, but the website turned out to be the visible layer of a much larger operating gap. All Hype Digital ran a phased Done-With-You buildout for Warren Logistics Group that connected the digital front door with the workflows behind every quote, carrier, and handoff.

01 · What we foundThe website was the smallest part of the problem.
Quote intake, carrier packets, credit checks, compliance records, email follow-up, and TMS handoffs were spread across inboxes, one-off documents, and manual steps. Direct-shipper interest arrived without a capture path, and load-board dependence made lead sources, margin, and return on effort hard to see in one picture.
02 · What we builtA front door, and the backbone behind it.
A clearer freight website and quote path, backed by structured intake, a reusable DocuSeal carrier packet, documented AscendTMS onboarding and release controls, domain email touchpoints, margin-aware quick-quote logic, and operating procedures the team can actually run.
03 · What changedOne workflow instead of a rebuild every load.
New Chapter Freight moved toward a single connected workflow the team can test, hand off, and improve, rather than recreating the process for every quote, carrier, or load. Owner-dependent knowledge now lives in procedures instead of memory.
- Website and quote pathRebuilt around clarity, trust, and a direct quote request, with domain transfer plus desktop and mobile QA.
- Direct-shipper intakeForms and QR-driven capture feeding a structured quote and order pipeline, so opportunities get routed instead of buried in messages.
- DocuSeal carrier packetA reusable master template with the carrier as the only signing party, a fieldless view-only CC, and a fresh submission plus audit trail per carrier.
- AscendTMS onboarding SOPDocumented search, profile creation, authority and insurance verification, document classification, and release only after approval controls pass.
- Communications and handoffsDomain mailboxes, aliases, email sequences, carrier and broker links, and post-delivery touchpoints that can be tested and delegated.
- Quoting and lane intelligenceQuick-quote and lane-monitoring logic built on deal inputs, margin targets, quality indicators, and defined pricing wiggle room.
The build is review-ready and the operating procedures are written and effective. Final launch verification, website and email retesting, and client sign-off are still open, so we are not calling the launch complete yet. Measured results get added here from Simara’s own accounts once the baseline and 30- and 60-day numbers are in. We do not publish estimates as results.
From a party conversation to a live meal-prep platform in under 30 days.
Chef Dee was running a growing meal-prep business by hand, and every new order added more manual work. All Hype Digital built the customer experience and the operating system together: a live website, a mobile-ready ordering flow, and a private dashboard that connects orders with fulfillment, printable prep sheets, inventory, and revenue.

01 · What we foundGrowth was creating more manual work.
Orders lived outside a central system, so each one created more tracking instead of feeding the next step. Production planning had to be rebuilt by hand every week, and inventory and revenue were hard to see together. More customers would have meant more coordination, more documents, and more room for missed details.
02 · What we builtOne platform for the customer and the owner.
A branded, responsive storefront where customers understand the weekly offer, start an order, and book a consultation, backed by a private dashboard for receiving and fulfilling those orders, printable prep sheets, and inventory plus revenue tracking that replaces disconnected manual records.
03 · What changedThe business runs from one command center.
Chef Dee can point customers to one live experience and manage the operational work from the same connected system instead of rebuilding the business every week. A new order now feeds the tools she uses to prepare and deliver it.
- Customer storefrontA mobile-responsive front door for weekly chef-prepared meals, order deadlines, Sunday pickup, and consultation requests.
- Order and fulfillment dashboardA private management view where Chef Dee sees incoming orders, organizes fulfillment, and runs the week from one place.
- Production-ready prep sheetsA printable bridge between customer demand and kitchen execution, so the kitchen plans around actual orders.
- Inventory and revenue visibilityTracking that connects what is ordered with what the business needs to stock, prepare, and monitor financially.
- Mobile ordering experienceA mobile build of the customer flow, prepared for the next App Store publishing step.
- Infrastructure and launchSimplyDeelicious.com domain acquisition, application hosting, configuration, live testing, and launch support.
The website is live and tested, and the mobile version is ready for the next App Store publishing step, not yet listed. The platform is operational; the next phase is adoption, measurement, and intentional expansion. Results get published here from Chef Dee’s own 30-, 60-, and 90-day numbers once a clean operating baseline exists. We do not publish estimates as results.
Where it started
The domain was live but the site was not. A blank Squarespace template meant brokers and shippers who looked the company up found a placeholder instead of a carrier, with no services listed, no coverage explained and no way to make contact without hunting for a phone number.
What the owner can do now
The company has a real front door. Shippers can see what AP Express hauls, where it runs and how to start a conversation, and the contact path arrives with enough detail to answer instead of opening with the same three questions.
What it runs on
- Squarespace build-out
- Services & coverage pages
- Direct contact and quote path
- Mobile-first layout
What we would do next
A Google Business Profile and direct-shipper capture, so the site earns loads that do not come off a load board.
Where it started
Bookings came through Instagram DMs, which meant every enquiry started with the same four questions about travel, timing and trials. Brides comparing stylists could not see what was included or what it cost without messaging first, and a lot of them simply did not.
What the owner can do now
She can send one link that answers travel range, trial policy, timeline and payment before anyone asks, then hand the booking straight to her calendar. Enquiries arrive with the date and location already attached instead of starting a conversation from zero.
What it runs on
- WordPress + Elementor
- GlossGenius booking
- Inquiry & date-request form
- Prep, policy and payment pages
What we would do next
Google Business Profile work so bridal searches in the DMV find her without going through Instagram first.
Where it started
Pricing lived in a highlight reel and a DM thread. Every new client asked what a full set cost and how long it took, and the answers came back one message at a time, usually while she was mid-appointment with somebody else.
What the owner can do now
Four sets, four prices, four durations, each with its own booking link and a deposit taken up front. She can point at the page instead of retyping the answer, and the deposit filters out the bookings that were never going to show.
What it runs on
- WordPress
- Acuity Scheduling with deposit
- WooCommerce for retail
- Training & course pages
What we would do next
An email programme to the training list, since the course pages already draw people who are not local clients.
Where it started
Founded in 2025 with no reviews, no reputation and no reason for a stranger to trust their dog to her. Pet owners hand over house keys, so an unproven business with a thin online presence loses to the established option almost every time.
What the owner can do now
She can send prospective clients to named packages with real prices and a clear list of what each includes, then book a meet-and-greet before any money changes hands. The site does the reassuring so she does not have to do it in every first message.
What it runs on
- WordPress
- Multi-step lead capture form
- Three tiered service packages
- Instagram content feed
What we would do next
A review request flow, so the trust the site is currently borrowing starts becoming trust she owns.
This page grows as the work ships.
We would rather show work we can point at than a wall of logos we cannot. New clients get added here once the site is live and the owner is happy for us to name them.
