FOR OWNER-RUN BUSINESSES IN DC, MARYLAND & VIRGINIA
Give your team and customers one place to see what matters.
A growing business eventually reaches a point where the information exists — but it is scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, CRMs, shared drives and individual employees.
We build internal tools and client portals that turn that scattered process into a usable system.
Internal tool or client portal?
An internal tool helps your staff operate the business. A client portal gives customers or partners controlled access to information and actions that currently require your team. Some systems do both.
Internal tools we build
- Operations dashboards.
- Lead and opportunity workspaces.
- Admin panels.
- Reporting dashboards.
- Customer management systems.
- Fulfillment and status tools.
- Approval queues.
- Staff workflow systems.
- Research and intelligence interfaces.
Client portals we build
- Project or job status.
- Documents and deliverables.
- Account information.
- Requests and intake.
- Approvals.
- Reports.
- Invoices and payment context.
- Appointment and status information.
- Secure communication workflows.
When a portal becomes worth building
A portal is usually justified when your team repeatedly answers: “What is the status?”, “Where is my document?”, “Did you receive this?”, “What happens next?”, “Can you resend that report?” or “Who is handling this?”
If customers can safely answer the question themselves, your staff gets time back and the customer gets a better experience.
Permissions matter
A real business application must know who the user is, which organization they belong to, what they may see, what they may change and which actions require approval. We build access rules as part of the system, not as an afterthought.
Measurement and monitoring
A portal should tell you whether it is actually improving the operation. We can instrument events such as account activated, report viewed, job status checked, request submitted, workflow completed, customer returned and error encountered — and monitor application failures so problems do not stay invisible.
The technology follows the requirement
Depending on requirements, systems may use Vercel for deployment, Convex for application state, Clerk for authentication, Resend for transactional email, PostHog for product analytics and Sentry for error monitoring. Those are implementation details. The product is the workflow your business needs.

Give people a better place to look
If your team spends too much time finding information for other people, there may be a portal or internal tool hiding inside that problem.
